What do you think about the changes to Army Basic and OSUT?

A soldier (or cop) can never get too much shooting practice and training.
..at least I've never herd anybody say: "We've had too much rifle training."
Still, when I was in Bosnia and Iraq, we spent little time actually practing combat skills unless one of us came up with a plan.
