I've not seen the results of these alleged efforts.
If you haven’t deployed yet, stand by. Search for soldiers without a combat tour could result in break for multiple deployers.

Multiple tours. My guard unit was trying to get me to go on my third deployment...I told them I didn't mind...but I really thought that everyone else in my MOS should do at least ONE deployment, or not keep promoting them...then when everybody else had done at least one, call me for my third.
We had soldiers who hid in HQ in the State campital, hid being instructors, and claimed all kinds of things to avoid a deployment.
